About the Job
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a business-minded technology leader who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

You don't need to be the person writing every line of code. However, you should have enough technical depth to understand what data and engineering teams are building, ask the right questions, challenge solutions when needed, and translate business priorities into clear, executable technology initiatives.

Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in technology, data, technical program management, engineering, systems, process improvement, or a related field.
  • A technical or engineering background, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams, technical projects, vendors, or complex cross-functional programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiatives from business problem and discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurable results.
  • Strong business and strategic thinking — able to understand how technology and data can improve operations, efficiency, decision-making, and organizational performance.
  • Enough technical depth to work effectively with data, engineering, and technology teams, including familiarity with data platforms, APIs/integrations, CRM/business systems, automation, and modern cloud environments.
  • Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams, challenge technical assumptions and estimates, and prioritize solutions based on business value, cost, risk, and feasibility.
  • Experience improving processes, identifying bottlenecks and root causes, and designing scalable solutions.
  • Proven people leadership, including delegation, coaching, accountability, and performance management.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • MBA, Master's degree in Management, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or a similar graduate degree strongly preferred.

Nice to Have:
Experience with any of the following is valuable, but you do not need to check every box:
  • Data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
  • SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, analytics, or BI.
  • CRM and RevOps platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • AI/LLM tools or APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Applied AI use cases including assistants, RAG, agents, document processing, or workflow automation.
  • Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, or modern application development.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
  • Consulting, digital transformation, nonprofit, education, healthcare, or social-impact experience.

What Will Make Someone Stand Out
We're especially interested in candidates who think beyond the technical solution itself. The strongest candidates will be able to look at how the organization operates, identify where technology or data can create meaningful business value, and then lead technical teams in turning those opportunities into practical, scalable solutions.
