About the role:

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own recruitment from role opening to hire success — leading inbound and outbound recruitment, strengthening our employer brand across Lima's universities and institutions, and helping shape the future of Talent Acquisition at MEDLIFE. You'll report to our Talent Development Team Lead and partner closely with hiring managers across the organization.

What you will do:

Lead full-cycle recruitment — inbound and outbound — using Boolean/X-ray search, passive-talent outreach, and sourcing across multiple platforms beyond LinkedIn.
Represent MEDLIFE at job fairs and university partnerships across Lima and online in Latam, growing our visibility and employer brand.
Design objective, multi-stage interview evaluations and track new-hire success through the first 90 days.
Bring data-driven rigor to workforce forecasting, role matching, and recruiting-metrics reporting.
Evaluate and evolve our ATS and recruiting tech stack, applying beyond generative AI to sourcing, screening, and reporting.
Partner with hiring managers and Talent Development leadership to help build out MEDLIFE's Talent Acquisition function.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including outbound sourcing (Boolean, X-ray search, passive-talent outreach).
Data-driven approach to role matching, workforce forecasting, and recruiting-metrics reporting.
Experience representing an organization at job fairs or university/institutional recruitment events.
Experience designing objective, multi-stage interview evaluations and evaluating ATS or assessment platforms.
Hands-on experience applying generative AI and other emerging technologies to recruiting.
Advanced level of English proficiency.

Nice to have:

RPO or multi-client recruitment agency experience — juggling multiple stakeholders and sourcing strategies at once.
Employer-branding experience — you've helped make candidates genuinely want to work somewhere.
