About the Role

As our Outbound Growth Lead, you will build and own MEDLIFE’s outbound engine from the ground up.

Your goal will be simple:

Find the right students → reach them through effective cold outreach → generate qualified conversations → help turn those conversations into future MEDLIFE leaders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, testing ideas, working with data, and seeing measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

Build targeted prospect lists of U.S. universities, student organizations, programs, and individual students.
Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and identify high-potential audiences.
Use tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, enrichment platforms, and AI tools to research and enrich prospect data.
Build and manage high-volume cold email campaigns.
Create and test email sequences, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-ups.
Manage email deliverability, including domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, bounce rates, and sender reputation.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data.
Work closely with the Expansion, Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
Track the entire funnel from initial outreach to qualified conversations and conversions.
Use AI and automation to scale outreach while maintaining quality and protecting MEDLIFE’s brand reputation.
Maintain responsible and compliant outreach practices.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience building outbound systems, not just sending emails.

You should be comfortable talking about real numbers such as:

How many prospects have you contacted?
What were your bounce and response rates?
How many qualified conversations did you generate?
What campaigns worked — and what didn't?
What did you change based on the results?

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in cold email, outbound, lead generation, growth, or a related field.
Proven experience running outbound campaigns at meaningful scale.
Experience with prospect research, list building, data enrichment, and verification.
Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of email deliverability and outbound infrastructure.
Experience using AI or automation to improve prospecting, personalization, or campaign execution.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
High level of English proficiency.
Comfortable working independently and moving quickly in a test-and-learn environment.
